Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (about 200g)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) melted butter
  • 1/2 cup (100g) sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

  • Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  • Add the flour and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
