Ingredients:
- 1 beef patty (150g)
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese (30g)
- 1 hamburger bun (50g)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15g)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (15g)
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 1 slice of tomato
- 1 slice of onion
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip it.
- Place the slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patty is cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the patty is cooking, toast the hamburger bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.
- Place the cooked beef patty with melted cheese on top of the mayonnaise.
- Add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices on top of the patty.
- Drizzle ketchup over the vegetables and place the top half of the bun on the burger.
- Serve immediately.
