Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking sheet
  • Aluminum foil
  • Small bowl
  • Basting brush

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs.
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat side up.
  • Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil.
  • Brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.
  • Return the ribs to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
