Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat side up.
- Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil.
- Brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.
- Return the ribs to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
